About the event
A wonderful time to touch base with the land, by giving a helping hand in our gardens and also getting in touch with our bodies through yoga & gentle movement. A special opportunity to unwind, potentially experiencing something different while getting to know ourselves better. Catherine is a yoga teacher & somatic dance facilitator who will be hosting the weekend.
