About the event
Taking care of the retreat as we take care of ourselves with good food, good people & good vibes.
A wonderful time to touch base with the land, by giving morning help in our gardens and also getting in touch with ourselves in the afternoon with bush-walks, rest, reading from the Antara library, food prep & offerings from those attending.
A special opportunity to unwind, potentially experiencing something different while getting to meet beautiful people committed to giving freely to others. Leigh will be hosting the weekend offering Naam Yoga in the mornings.
