Antara Retreat

Antara Free Natural Health Clinic

A beautiful earth brick homestay, set amongst organic gardens, streams, and native bush. Located inland from Pakiri Beach, just over an hour from Auckland, it is close to Warkworth, Wellsford, Matakana, and Mangawhai.
The retreat offers space to focus on physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

The Clinic is situated in Te Atatu, Auckland, and serves people in the community who cannot afford to pay for counseling or other natural health care modalities.

We can help with depression, stress, anxiety, back and shoulder problems, pain, allergies, asthma, arthritis and many more ailments...
