Nutrition & Juice Detox - Weekend Retreat
Detox weekend is a time to focus on our bodies, with a diet to gently cleanse and fortify. We work with greens, herbs and fruit from the garden. There will be discussion around nutrition, meditation and time for relaxation. The pace of the weekend is slow in line with the focus on rejuvenation.
Yoga – Weekend Retreat
This is a wonderful opportunity to re-connect with yourself for a full weekend. Experience how yoga strengthens the mind, body and spirit. Yoga basics are covered with attention to alignment in the poses, as well as looking at the therapeutic aspects of postures. Pranayama (breathing) and relaxation techniques are covered, bringing balance and harmony to the mind and body. Beginners are always welcome. There is plenty of free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Delicious food is freshly made from our own organic produce, wholesome and very tasty.
